Things worth trying first
- Reddit shows a network security message: turn off your VPN and try again. You may also need to log in to Reddit.
- A Reddit lead says it needs the original post: open the thread, copy the original poster's own words into the box, and Scout4Me takes it from there.
- A check returned nothing: that is a normal outcome, not a failure. Public sources rate limit and quiet days happen.
- Billing question: your plan, renewal date and cancel link are on the Billing page.
Account deletion
Ask us to delete your account and its data and we will action it within a reasonable period, apart from records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
