Terms of Service

Scout4Me monitors the public sources you approve, analyses public conversations, and shortlists the ones where your offer may genuinely be relevant. It also prepares a short qualification question you may choose to post yourself.

Scout4Me does not post, comment, message, direct-message, upvote, follow or otherwise act on any platform for you. Nothing leaves Scout4Me unless you copy it and post it yourself. There is no automated sending of any kind.

You decide whether to reply, what to say, and where to say it. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules, terms and community guidelines of any platform you post on, and for any consequences of your posts, including moderation or account action taken against you by that platform.

Suggested wording is a draft for a human to review. You must read it, judge whether it is appropriate, and edit it if it is not.

• Do not use Scout4Me to spam, harass, mislead or impersonate anyone.
• Do not add sources you are not permitted to monitor.
• Do not use Scout4Me for unlawful activity or to target vulnerable people.
• Do not attempt to access another account's data or circumvent plan limits.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, or where continued use would create legal or platform risk.

Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Your data is separated from other accounts, and Scout4Me is intended for use by the account holder and their own business.

Paid features are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits apply and are shown on your billing page. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for how cancelling and refunds work.

A Scout Partner account is not a paid Scout4Me subscription. Anyone with a free account may apply to Scout Partners, the program for referring Scout4Me itself, and being an approved partner does not grant paid product features. This is separate from "Affiliate Offers", a feature inside Scout4Me for tracking offers you promote to your own audience. The Scout Partners Terms apply to partners in addition to these terms.

Scout4Me depends on public sources and third-party services that can rate limit, block, change or go offline without notice. Some sources are therefore intermittent, and some conversations cannot be captured at all. Scout4Me is provided on an as-is basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, a particular volume of leads, or any specific commercial result.

Scout4Me finds and prioritises conversations. It does not promise buyers, replies, revenue or growth. Nothing in the product is advice about your business, tax or legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of Scout4Me is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
